Kalpataru Pipe & Fittings is a Mumbai based manufacturer and supplier of instrumentation tube fittings, pipe fittings and valves. From our factory at Fosbery Road, Sewri East, we produce double ferrule compression fittings, needle valves, manifold valves, gauge valves, mono flange valves, ball valves, check valves, thermowells, diaphragm seals and instrumentation hardware for process plants across India.
We are a team of machinists, quality inspectors and application engineers dedicated to one field — instrumentation connections. That focus lets us hold tight tolerances, keep a deep standard range in stock and turn around custom configurations quickly. Every component is machined from certified raw material, dimensionally inspected and pressure tested before dispatch.

Our Manufacturing Process
Raw Material
Certified bar stock and forgings from approved mills, checked against the mill test certificate and heat number.
CNC Machining
Turning and milling on CNC centres for repeatable thread form, bore concentricity and ferrule seat finish.
Inspection
In-process and final dimensional checks with thread gauges, plus visual inspection of every sealing surface.
Pressure Testing
Hydrostatic or pneumatic testing of valves and fittings before they are released for packing.
Marking & Packing
Material and heat code marking, then individual bagging and tagging to protect threads and ports.
Dispatch
Shipped with test certificates and documentation to sites anywhere in India and for export orders.
Capabilities & Infrastructure
Our Sewri East factory in Mumbai brings machining, inspection, testing and stores under one roof — giving us control over quality and delivery from bar stock to boxed product.
CNC Turning & Milling
CNC machines for fittings and valve bodies, holding close tolerances on threads, bores and sealing faces.
Inspection Room
Thread plug and ring gauges, vernier and micrometer checks for dimensional conformity on every batch.
Pressure Test Bench
Hydrostatic and pneumatic testing of valves and fittings, including seat leak testing for valves.
Material Verification
Positive material identification (PMI) and MTC review to confirm the grade before machining.
Ready Stock
Standard sizes in SS 304 / 316 / 316L and Brass held in stock for fast dispatch.
Custom Configurations
Special thread combinations, reducing ends and alloy grades such as Monel, Inconel, Hastelloy C and Duplex made to order.
