Instrumentation Pipe Fittings
Bar stock machined nipples, plugs, bushes, couplings, unions, elbows, tees and crosses for threaded instrument connections from 1/8" to 1" NPT / BSP — in SS 316, SS 304, Brass, Monel, Inconel and Hastelloy.
Threaded Instrumentation Pipe Fittings
Instrumentation pipe fittings join, reduce, branch and close off small-bore threaded connections on gauges, transmitters, valves and impulse lines. Kalpataru machines each fitting from solid bar stock or forgings, so there are no seams or welds in the pressure boundary and the wall stays uniform around the thread.
Tapered NPT and BSPT threads seal on the flanks with PTFE tape or a suitable sealant, while parallel BSPP threads seal on a bonded washer or O-ring. Every thread is gauged with ring and plug gauges before dispatch, and bodies are marked with size, material and heat number.
- Solid bar stock body
- Gauged NPT / BSP threads
- Straight & reducing sizes
- Class 3000 & 6000 ratings
- Burr-free, clean bores
- Heat code traceability

Features & Advantages
Solid Bar Stock Bodies
No seams, welds or porosity in the pressure boundary — elbows, tees and crosses are machined from solid block.
Gauged Threads
NPT and BSP threads are checked with ring and plug gauges so fittings make up to the correct engagement every time.
Any Size Combination
Equal, reducing and NPT-to-BSP conversions made to order, including special lengths for long nipples.
Full Traceability
Heat numbers marked on bodies and recorded against mill certificates for every batch.
